Anyone who follows the recipes from the monastery kitchen a little knows that I really like simple recipes with few ingredients. Not because everything else is too complicated for me. It is rather the case that I believe that delicious and special things can be done with just a few ingredients. 

Today I have such a simple and brilliant recipe for you again. It is prepared in no time and can be implemented quickly. The possibilities of variation are great.

The zucchini patties are my new insider tip that is worth cooking.
The ingredients for the basic recipe are actually very manageable.

for two people

2 medium-sized zucchini
3 eggs
8 spoons of flour
salt, pepper

other ingredients can be
diced smoked tofu
parmesan
ham cubes
herb
tuna
